We are representing a US-based Mortgage firm in India so as to find out a genuine focussed mortgage back-office firm for the operations to be outsourced in India. Its a complete Mortgage Loan Origination program which is needed to be done from offshore location in India. Highlights of the Performance based program: 1. Complete end-to-end Mortgage KPO 2. End-to-end Loan Origination 3. Direct sign-up in US with the client 4. Associated bank guarantee if needed The US-based Mortgage firm represented by us is looking for the serious mortgage-focussed KPO/BPO firm based in India who have got the expertise of delivering quality through high-performance teams and are financially backed looking for long term high growth business. KPO requires center investing in right manpower and building team to match up with US operation team. Initially, processing of docs and underwriting will be done in US. After 3 months, once client feel comfortable with the team's knowledge they will outsource all processes of the project. Center will receive payment on funding of loan. Client is providing 60% of the commission per loan generated by call center. (i.e min commission generated per agent is $4000 / month in worst cases). Letter or credit / bank gaurantee will be given accourding to the production. It will be performance linked. Client is a CA based Nationwide mortgage broker company. GT is a CA based Tech and Project Management company. MW is Faridabad based company backed by Regent group of companies, deals into US Mortgage and Real Estate management and funding. If you agree on the terms mention below : 1- It will be a tri-party project contract signed between Green Trident, Client and call center. Green Trident Inc. are bringing US client and Mark World Infotech Pvt. Ltd are bringing Center. Center will get 60% of the share of commission. Out of which center will give 10% of commission earned per loan as fee to Mark World Infotech. 2- Center will deploy 15-25 agents to start with for doing nationwide loan origination. After every 3 months center will double the manpower. 3- There will be a commitment from center side interms of loan funded by team. i.e performance commitment. 4- Center will be using their own database or can purchase database from Mark World. 5- Clinet will do processing and underwriting in US. After 3 months we can get it done from India. 6- Client will provide online software for tracking loan origination. 7- Client will provide required training and support. 8- There will be escrow account wherein center will get payment on same day of funding of loan. 9- Contract can be signed in US or India where ever center feels comfortable. 10- Green Trident Inc will take care of providing payment security by supervising client and center. And doing all legal work to bind both in contract. 11- Client want center to do 1003 form filling, getting it signed from customer and collecting all docs alongwith pulling credit reports and getting their appraisal done. Center will submit whole loan file along with docs to client for rest of processing and underwriting and submission to lender done (by client's US team). Center can keep track of all loans online. 12- Whole project will be fully transparent so that their will be commitment from center and client side. 13- Center and Client will have to be exclusively work with each other on it. There wont be any upfront kind of payment. Its purely performance based and longterm project. Center will be be paid on funding of loan. Client would like to have operation team as their extended operation team of US. They would like to have online video/webcam facility in center so that they can keep track of team. If you agree on above points then we would like to have following docs from your side: 1- Letter of Intent - A letter on your company letter head for doing this project. 2- Company profile 3- Proposal interms of operation and performance 4- Tech details of company After having following docs.
